CHRISTIAN O'REILLY (Story)

Christian O'Reilly was born in London, brought up in Listowel (county Kerry, in Ireland), and now lives in Galway.

His screenwriting credits include three short films: The Birthday (for Channel Four), The Kiss of Life, and The Ring. His television writing credits include On Home Ground.

Mr. O'Reilly's stage play, The Good Father, which was staged by Druid Theatre Company, earned him the Stewart Parker Bursary award. He also adapted the piece as a radio play. His other plays include It Just Came Out and Treble (the latter for Abbey Theatre Outreach in Dublin). His latest radio play was Chapatti.

He is currently at work on a screenplay adaptation of The Good Father.
